Coffee Fund Raiser

Trees For Global Renewal promotes this Coffee Fund Raiser to advance the common objective of helping the underprivileged to receive an education in Guatemala.

This fund raiser is provided by Ulin Enterprises, owned and managed by Tim and Sheila Juhlin, in conjunction with the Finca Palistina, owned by Joel D. Perez who has developed a small coffee export business.

Ulin Enterprises is committed to the distribution of funds into
two social programs through the Co. Fe initiative:

William Cornelius Vocational Training Center www.wcvtc.com
The William Cornelius Vocational Training Center is a new vocational school for underprivileged young adults located in Mixco, Guatemala . The vocational center will be accepting any donations that are made available through the Co. Fe initiative

Entidad de Desarollo Alcance la Comunidad www.endac.org
Entidad de Desarollo Alcance la Comunidad (ENDAC) is responsible for supporting 17 schools for the underprivileged in Guatemala.  Any donations made available through the Co. Fe initiative will be gladly accepted by ENDAC.

Coffee is a primary export product for the country of Guatemala . The Co. Fe Socially Responsible Coffee Sales initiative is proposed as a new model for the development of a coffee plantation. A model that allows for the directing of funds into an educational system and through dependable sales volume allows for the improvement of conditions for coffee workers including ongoing work during the off season.

This initiative is intended to deliver coffee into countries at a rate that leaves no doubt in the minds of the purchaser that they can resell the coffee to make a profit for their church, club, organization or for personal profit and still provide funds for underprivileged youth thereby breaking the poverty cycle through educational funding in Guatemala.

If you are thinking of using coffee as a fund raiser for your church, club, or private business and like the idea of cutting out the middleman and supporting education for underprivileged children and young adults, then contact us at this email address:

Shipping costs can be prohibitive for small orders so if you are considering this fund raiser think in terms of more than 300 lbs. We require advanced notice but can deliver a thousand pounds or more in one order.
Coffee orders can be taken year round but delivery is dependent on harvest timing.  Expect deliveries in the time window from late November to March.
